Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 days. If your order includes bespoke items, then please allow 3 - 5 days, although it is often quicker. If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order to ensure I can fulfil it as required - I would hate to disappoint you.
I usually send orders using Royal Mail.

Delivery charges reflect the actual cost of postage and packaging and this will be shown at checkout. I calculate the shipping cost by weight of cards as some cards may be larger but don't weigh a great deal so I believe this is the fairest way. I will always package your cards with care and in the best possible way to ensure safe delivery and guarantee a postage refund should it be cheaper when dispatched.

I can arrange international shipping but please get in touch before placing an order so I can accurately calculate shipping costs.

Looking after the planet is something I care passionately about and I will always use recycled and recyclable packaging whenever I can. Because of this, your package may not appear the prettiest - but don't worry it will be full of beautiful things. I'd love it if you were able to reuse the packaging but if not do please recycle.
Returns Policy
I have very high standards and as I make, inspect and package each order personally, it will be very unlikely that something leaves my Little Red Craft Room with any flaws. Unfortunately, sometimes damage can occur in transit. If an item reaches you in a less-than-perfect condition, please let me know straight away, via email to claire@littleredcraftroom.co.uk, with a photo or two, and I will arrange for a replacement or refund. Liability for faulty products will be limited to the initial purchase cost. ​

Occasionally, I know that customers may purchase an item and then change their mind. Please let me know within 14 days if you wish to return an item by sending an email to claire@littleredcraftroom.co.uk. You will be responsible for the postage costs involved in returning items. Items must reach me in their original condition within 14 days of you letting me know that you wished to return them. The refund will then be processed within a further 14 days. Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
